Hi, I had purchased earlier samsung TV model number UA40J5300. Due to some accident my LED display screen got damaged and technician replaced the display panel. Damaged panel model is CY-GJ040BGSV1V and new panel model is CY-GJ040BGLV1V. There is difference in the model number. When I asked this question to the technician he told that it is same? But I am surprised because model number or versioning or labeling is done cause there are upgrade/change in the product. How come two different model number can be same. This is surprising company like Samsung doing this. Does anyone have had similar experience in past or have more knowledge in this area? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/samsung-television-display-panel-model-identification-issue/Field Management Video
